Very disappointed I purchased this product. There is no guarantee and no money back option so that alone should tell you it is a scam.

Very difficult to use with makeup. Looks good if you spend 15-20 minutes very carefully applying but no makeup can be applied. I have tried it many ways and none of them work. I applied it after washing my face in the morning as instructed (exactly) and when I would apply my face powder it would immediately show flaky dryness under my eyes.

No matter how little I use of the product it shows the white residue. Don't even bother with foundation or under eye concealer, it wipes the lifting cream off. I tried using powder or foundation first and the lifting cream would remove the make up. I tried using it at night (i was told to do this by the young man I purchased the product from).

I would wake up the next morning and no change. Save your money and just continue to get botox or what ever crows feet treatment you get at your dermatologist.

I do like the under eye cream and serum I purchased with the lifting cream, however, I am sure I could have bought similar products elsewhere at a more reasonable price. Total rip off.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $890.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I just returned from Puerto Vallarta and want to say how aggressive and rude the salesman was to me. I'm so glad I didn't fall for it.

Last year the shop on the malecon was much nicer and I almost gave in. From now on I will completely ignore them when I walk by.

I was also scammed at the same store in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on the Malecon! Interestingly the owner when I was there a week ago was a woman - also famous and on Dr.

Oz. (A complete lie - I looked it up). Supposedly she was only there for 2 days b/c she was opening up more stores in the Caribbean. I bought the syringe for $211.

When the product was put on my eyes the results were amazing. However, the product I came home with was not the same at all. It burns my eyes and makes them look worse. It is a completely fraudulent product.

I am so mad I fell for it. Did your credit card company help you?

I was scammed! In Puerto Vallarta, Malecon.

I should've kept walking by but got me with a sample. Bought the Eye Lift Syringe and they gave me a night cream (free ??). Product was $260. They did facial and myself and husband using the LED device.

If the product to soooo good, why did the sales man and lady lie so much? example, the owner, is famous. He's been on Dr. Oz and Oprah.

And very humble. He owns, first 20, 30, 40+ stores throughout the world. If he's so famous why is he working at the kiosk store in PV. The switch and bait took place but at least we didn't pay $8000 then down to $1500 for the LED device and products.

We will be disputing it on our credit card. Used product and was told how to use it, one tube is not gonna last very long as they said it is. THEN I saw the same store at the PV airport. I went over to the "famous" lady, she gave me the same line, except she told me another way to use the product.

I told her their stories has loop holes all over, did my research and they are "not famous" and didn't go on the show Dr. Oz or Oprah. And if she's so famous, like she said, why is she at kiosk at airport. Found complaints on BBB as well.

She gave me a card with another company name to see if they could satisfy my concerns. Also, no sign that says anything about refund or satisfaction guarantee.

No pricing on the box. Bogus websites and I told anyone can post and make up a website, BYW there website had miss spellings and bogus locations.

I just left the comment above - was your credit card company able to help you? Have you posted anything on BBB?

I did, and their reply was that this isn't an "official" D'or 24K store which is yet another lie b/c the store location is posted on their website. I can't believe this company is actually in business.

It is a scam..

Myself and over 330 people women and men have used these products and they worked great!!!! If an individual is lazy but want the correct results and do not receive the results.

It is not the product.

It is the individual using the product! God Bless!

Obviously, you work for the company.

I completely agree with this consumer!!!! A total rip-off!

It feels like it is doing something to your skin (lifting), but actually, the next morning, NOTHING looks different!!! It is very disappointing, and a full refund SHOULD be part of it. The reason they don’t offer it is because everyone would be taking it back!!! I was told to call the guy who sold it to me, and he would give me a full facial.

Then what? What about all of the money I spent for a product that is a total scam.

I should have known better!!! Bottom line - DON”T FALL FOR IT!

Hi there - did you ever get any money back from them? I was also scammed in Puerto Vallarta a week ago. Bought the syringe and it is counterfeit.

Guest

D’or24k is a SCAM! Save your money.

High pressure sales jerks. Fancy Salon atmosphere reels you in. Stay away .Oh btw. They told me the product was made in Palo Alto under supervision of Nobel Scholars.

Bs.

This junk is likely made in someone’s garage and sold in Miami storefronts. Shut these clowns down !!

I recently visited the store in Key West and bought the syringe and bottle of serum and had the same problem with syringe. Returned to store and was given a hard time but finally received another syringe.

We will see how this one goes. Very high pressure sales person on first visit. When came back to return syringe was told the salesperson originally was no longer in store.

Never really got a straight answer on salesperson. Makes you say, Hmmm.
